general information

All orders are shipped from the studio in São Domingos de Rana, Cascais, Portugal.

I aim to dispatch all orders within 1-5 business days.

You will receive a shipping notification when your order has left the studio. After your order has been dispatched, the transit time depends on the destination.

Shipping is available to over 30 countries and territories around the world using TNT or Fedex.

All deliveries are trackable. Tracking information will be sent to you in a separate e-mail from TNT or Fedex when your order is being processed.

Note that depending on the size and nature of your order, it may be shipped in two or more separate packages, either with the same or different tracking numbers.

If you can’t find your country/territory on this list and would like to purchase my ceramic pieces, please send an email to hello@nuceramica.com and I will do my best to arrange a shipping quotation for you.

Some countries, remote cities or islands may have longer delivery times. Please get in touch if you need a more exact delivery time for your country/city.

I can’t take responsibility for any delays out of my control, such as customs delays, etc.

additional shipping costs

Exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout. However, please be advised that local taxes and import duties may apply and are not included in the shipping costs.

If you are a customer outside the European Union, you may need to pay customs charges and/or taxes when your order arrives in your country. Please check with your country’s customs and border control for more info on this. Please note that this could involve some delay of the consignment, as the goods are retained by the customs. nu cerâmica cannot be held responsible for any charges incurred when importing items into your country - it is the customer’s responsibility to pay for the additional costs.

returns

nu cerâmica is a small business. As such, I ask that you make thoughtful purchases to avoid the need to return anything.

If you are not happy with your purchase, please let me know within 7 days. Unfortunately, I am not able to reimburse shipping costs unless the product is faulty. Please also ask for proof of postage for your records. I will process any refund due to you within 30 days of receiving your request.

damaged or lost items

I do my best to package my ceramic pieces with extra care in a safe and secure way. However, in the rare occasion that a piece arrives damaged, please send an email to hello@nuceramica.com with your order number and photos of both the package and the damaged item as soon as you receive it and I will either resend or refund it.

In the case of a lost parcel, please contact me within 4 weeks from the day it was dispatched, and I will request the courier to open an investigation.
